Meet Amy Jones

With two decades of experience in the construction trades and the past 7 years dedicated to Synergy Electric Solutions Inc., Amy Jones is the steady hand behind the scenes. As Secretary and Office Manager, she keeps the wheels turning—managing accounts receivable and payable, coordinating permitting and inspections, running payroll, and juggling HR duties with skill and precision.

Known affectionately around the office as the “chaos coordinator,” Amy brings not only efficiency but also a great sense of humor and creativity to the team, helping foster a workplace that’s both productive and positive.

Originally from the Bay Area, Amy moved to Rexburg, Idaho in 1990 to attend Ricks College, where she met her husband. Now, 33 years into a happy marriage, they continue to chase adventure together—traveling, snowmobiling, and camping whenever they can.
